Sending a template from the CMS
It is possible to send your templates from the CMS. From the Items drop-down select Critical Comms and Send Templates.
Here you will see a list of all of your available templates, just tick the one you want to send and click send.
Once you press send, you will need to confirm in the pop-up and then your message will be sent.
What happens next?
The CMS will automatically create an item based on the content you added when setting up your template. It will display the item you created in the button you selected to the access level you set while creating the template.
Please note, it will also send a push notification to all users in that access level and an email to the address in the user profile.
