How to clear your cached data
Sometimes it may be necessary to clear the cache of your device. This can help if you suspect items may not be showing or for troubleshooting.
To do this, navigate to the Setting page from the more menu. Here you will see an option named Manage Data Storage.
When you enter this section you will see a breakdown of how much data is stored by your app.
To clear it, just choose the ones you want to clear, this will usually be all of the options. Once they are selected, press the Clear Data (Android) or Delete Selected StorageFiles (iOS). Once you do this, your app will restart fresh.
