When you are looking at your tickets in the app or the CMS, it will have a status, this tells you at what stage the ticket is in.
Incident Tickets and Reverse Tickets
Sent: This is when a ticket has been created and pending approval
Approved: When the ticket has been approved for action but has not yet been carried out.
Rejected: A ticket was submitted but rejected by the operations team.
Complete: A ticket that has been finished. This is the final status of a ticket so it is considered closed.
Optional Statuses
These will only be used if you are using the optional steps mention here
In Progress: The ticket has been marked as In Progress by a member of the services team meaning the task is currently being carried out.
Action Complete: The task has been marked complete by the service team member but is awaiting confirmation from the operations department.
Access Ticketing
Sent: This is when a ticket has been created and pending approval
Rejected: A ticket was submitted but rejected by the operations team
Approved: When the ticket has been approved for action

Pre-Approved: Pending approval or rejection from the team responsible for forwarding on Access requests.
Pre-Approved Marketing: Ticket has been pre-approved and is pending final approval from the marketing team.
Pre-Approved Technical: Ticket has been pre-approved and is pending final approval from the technical team.
Pre-Approved Centre Management: Ticket has been pre-approved and is pending final approval from the centre management team.
