If you have access to the multiple upload of Mystery Shopper and other retailer reports, you can now do this via the library. If you are unsure about whether you have this ability or not, get in touch with our support team or your account manager and we can let you know.
From the Media Library drop down in the navigation bar you can find the place to upload mystery shopper and retailer reports.
To upload you can either click on the upload area or drag and drop multiple files. As they are uploaded they will appear below.
If you are searching for a particular store to see what is currently live for them, you can search using the search field and click on the item to open it in a new tab.
When you are uploading a new report, it will replace the old one automatically so you should never see multiple files with the same title.
If the ID doesn’t exist in your centre, you will get an error, indicating that it is not possible to upload. At this point you should check the store in the All Stores drop down and check if the document title matches the store ID.
